Friday Foto Finish 8.1
Here's this weeks entry for Carrie's Friday Foto Finish Fiesta. My husband took this foto last Saturday night when we went out to visit our nephew out on the farm. I just love the corn fields on either side of us as we walked down the path to an old bridge that hasn't been used in I'd say close to 100 years. What you don't see in the photo is the next door neighbors dog taking a very steamy, stinky shit about 20 yards ahead of us. Less kibbles more bits for that dog. Pew!

I just joined a writing circle and last nights topic was "writing that includes the reader" and when your big 'ol pile of steaming dog shit plopped over in the corner of the screen, well I gagged as though I was with you. Nice work, Jen. Nice work.
ReplyDeleteLOL at the dog poo!!!
ReplyDeleteIts a pretty pic though ;o)
Beautiful picture. It amazes me how big the sky is in places that aren't surrounded by trees. (I'm not well-traveled.)
ReplyDeleteYou know, MamaDawg would have just taken a close-up of the dog poop for the FFFF. Not judging, just sayin'. :)
As one who lives near cornfields AND lots of trees, I feel right at home with this picture. Loved that we got this peek into your life. Found you through Carrie.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! You can really tell the incredible height of the plants when you're in the pic!
ReplyDeleteI love the picture -- but every since I watch children of the corn -- Corn fields scare me. LOL
ReplyDeletereminds me of this great you tube wedding video i saw where a dog was taking a dump at a wedding near the bride and groom.

ReplyDeleteThat's a great picture. I for one am glad you didn't feel the urge to take a picture of the dog in all his glory. With three dogs and a cat I have seen my share of that. Found you through Carrie.
